This Cookie Policy of the CorpTime Platform (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Cookie Policy’) is a document that sets out information about how the website is used https://corptime.ru/ and/or a mobile app called ‘CorpTime’, which is available on Google Play for Android platforms (follow the link below https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=pro.pt.app) and in the Apple Store for the iOS platform (via the link https://apps.apple.com/ru/app/corptime/id6450563871) in the AppGallery  for HarmonyOS platforms (via the link https://appgallery.huawei.com/#/app/C110442827) (hereinafter referred to as ‘CorpTime’ or ‘Platform’), developed by the Copyright Holder – Limited Liability Company ‘KRUG’ (OGRN 1211600026769, TIN 1615016374), a legal entity established and operating in accordance with in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Copyright Holder’, ‘We’, ‘Us’) – use cookies and other similar technologies.
The terms mentioned in the Cookie Policy are used in their meanings and definitions, as set out in the Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy (available at the following link https://corptime.ae/confident_policy) (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Privacy Policy’), and in the User Agreement (available at the following link https://corptime.ae/user_agreement (hereinafter referred to as the ‘User Agreement’) in the event of a conflict between the provisions of the above-mentioned policies and the Cookie Policy, the provisions of the Privacy Policy for the purposes of regulating the processing of personal data shall prevail.

1. MAIN PROVISIONS

5. USE OF COOKIES FROM THIRD-PARTY COMPANIES
Some cookies, web beacons, and other tracking and storage technologies that the CorpTime Platform uses are owned by third-party companies (third-party cookies), such as Yandex.Metrica and other companies to provide us with web analytics and information about the Platform, which can also be used to provide measurement services and targeted advertising. 6. DOES CORPTIME USE ANY TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES SIMILAR TO COOKIES?
CorpTime may also use web beacons (including conversion pixels) or other technologies for purposes similar to those mentioned above, and we may include them on the Platform, in marketing emails or newsletters, or on affiliated websites to determine whether messages have been opened and links clicked. Web beacons do not store information on the User's device, but they can work together with cookies to track activity. The cookie information provided below also applies to web beacons and similar technologies. Conversion pixels are small codes located on a specific web page that are triggered when someone visits the page, which leads to an increase in the number of conversions.

7. IF THE USER DOES NOT WANT TO USE COOKIES OR SIMILAR TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
